I offer a free 15 minute initial phone call. 

Assessment £45 (30 minutes) 

Session prices

Walking and Nature Therapy (click here for more Info) £65 (1 hour)

Video session £65 (50 Minutes)

Telephone sessions £60 (50 minutes)

Face to Face In room sessions £75 (50 minutes) Based in comfortable rooms within a 5 minute walk of Brentwood station.

Clinical supervision Online is currently available for free for 4 one hour and a half appointments (4 months) to suitable counsellors and Psychotherapists. Please contact me for more information.

Concession rates are occasionally available, please enquire for more information.

Student Counsellors 
Concession rates are available for counsellors in training, please enquire for more information.

Payment methods
I currently accept Bank Transfer or PayPal.

Cancellation policy
I ask for 24 hours notice of cancellation. Less than 24 hours notice is charged at the full session fee.
